Together, we’ll work on building emotional awareness, strengthening self-confidence, navigating friendships and family dynamics, and developing practical tools for self-expression and resilience. My goal is to help teens feel more grounded in who they are, better able to handle life’s stressors, and more connected to their inner strength.
